Refund policy

Because our products are custom made with your own photos, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at info@stickysnapshots.com with a photo of the product and your order number. We will be happy to send a replacement.

Please double check your photo before uploading. We do not offer refunds for customer-uploaded errors (e.g. blurry, low-quality, or incorrect images).
